Who may use bAInk
During the soft launch, bAInk is for invited organisations and their authorised users. You must have authority to act for your organisation.
Your responsibilities
Keep your sign-in details and authenticator app codes (TOTP) safe. Do not share them. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
Connect only accounts and systems you have authority to use. Keep your organisation’s users and access permissions up to date.
Check each payment before approving it. Check the recipient, bank details, amount and currency.
Payment approval
bAInk never moves money without your organisation’s approval rules being satisfied. You are responsible for choosing those rules and the people who may approve payments.
Availability during the soft launch
We do not guarantee availability during the soft launch. The service may stop or change while we improve it. Keep another way to access your bank and ERP or financial system.
